问题可能出在prevailing wage上，博士后能办绿卡吗？
-Yes, you may apply for NIW or EB1A I-140.

如果能办，是否至少要把140批准件拿到手？要不得重新开始。

从PERM到140批准约多久？eb2能加急办吗？
-Unless your employer offer or will offer you a permanent position (no specific term), they may not sponsor you for PERM.
