再请教8老师，如雇员不需要H1B 签证在境外工作，只不过在国外工作结束后用 H-1 quote 得到H1B 签证的话，那么我外甥是否毕业后就可以去中国工作，然后工作结束后再以H1B 签证回美国？
-Yes,, but his employer needs to file an H-1 petition on April 1 or later for him (the sooner the better chance to get the H-1 quote). After the H-1 is approved, he can return to US within 3 years to work as H-1 holder. He of course can extend his H-1 up to 6 years. The time he work outside US does not count to this 6-year H-1.

还是在去中国前先办好OPT，那么他可以随时以F1签证回美国？
-OPT only lasts one year after it is approved no matter whether he works in US or not. So, it is not helpful to get the OPT in his case. 

不知H1B 签证有否入境时间限制？另外一般目前雇主提交Perm / I-140后，大约要等多久才能得到批复？万分感激你多次帮助指教，解决了我以往很多问题。
