j2 身份3月份到期，还有一个多月的时间到期。请各位老师帮忙解答：
 

1。j2 转学校的h1b，从现在开始办，加急的话，需要多久？

j2身份到期了的话，是不是就得离境？
-If you file the H-1 petition before J-2 expires, you can stay in US for the approval. But the way, you should have J-1/J2 waiver to file H-1.
 

2。如果回国签的话，会不会块些？
 

3。如果回国签的话，一个月内能否拿到签证必需的材料，然后回国签？
