我已经了解可以拿着AP直接回美国入境。 但是疑惑以下几个问题：


1. 如果check 通过，通知我取签证，如果回国取了签证再入境，那么我还是H-1B身份么，或者就保持parole 身份了？
-It is parolee, but you still can work like H-1 worker, not need EAD. Then, you can reinstate your H-1 status by doing H-1 extension or transfer if you want to. So, it is not necessary for you to waste your money and energy to get the H-1 visa when you have AP.

2. 如果check 没通过，拒签了。会对我在美国境内的身份产生影响么？-No.
