我的lc可能被律师screw up 了。。。。。

情况：
2004。1。 递交的LC application to Philadelphia state workfroce agency， RIR

现在网上显示此swa处理时间是2004.4

但是我还没有受到case已经转reginal office的收据。

问律师，让我just wait.

只好明天打电话问swa了。
