求问8老师：父母凭Visitor签证入境时护照上为何没有I-94？

现我为他们申请I-130 以及他们申请I-485, 都需要这个I-94 number，翻遍了他们的护照好多次都不见什么I-94。怎么办呀？急！

另外，I-130和I-485可以放在同一个信封里吗？（父母各一信封）
