why my poster is deleted?!

The poster about canada immigration. I am urgent to know what kind of documents I have to prepare for application including my son who is living with my ex-wife in china. A person said just notarized birth certificate is ok, anyone else think what he said is true? how to think the third item about children's information in checklist---
"• Proof of custody for children under the age of 18 and proof that the children may be removed from the jurisdiction of the court
• If the children will not accompany you to Canada, proof that you have fulfilled any obligation stated in custody agreements"
