and also, all the conversation was on the phone with the lawyer, there is no email trail or anything. my reporting manager suggested me to write an email to 1) state the fact that the lawyers told me so that what we discussed on the phone is documented, and 2) copy the partner of the law firm (maybe the partner is not even aware), asking them to stand up and fight for me in case something goes wrong on USCIS side.
should i do that? will the lawyer be offended? but if i dont write email, nobody knows about my case, and nobody cares even if something goes wrong. what do you think 8 lao shi?
