临时绿卡四月到期，file I-751时才发现找不到了。打电话给uscis被告知因为90天后就过期了，所以不能补发。可是I-751又需要这个，只好schedule an appointment at local office。请问去时能不能就地File I-751?

另外，有没有affidavit的格式我可以打印下来让朋友签名，-No such format. Just draft one and sign it.
