１。面试要求employment letter, verifying current rate of pay and average weekly hours and pay stubs.
1) 我现在是contractor,我有和我的staffing company的employment agreement的电子版，是不是打印出来就可以了？
-If it contains all the signature, it will be fine. Also provide your recent paycheck stubs (6 months or nmore, if any).

2) agreement上没有写average weekly hours，是不是要请我的client company出个证明写上average weekly hours？

3)magreement上强调我的工作是temporary，这样可以吗？-Whatever you actually have.
4) pay stubs能用电子版打印出来的copy吗？
-Fine. Print out all of the payment statement.

２。我们还想带４０１K beneficiary和医疗保险的证据，这些用网上帐号打印出来的copy吗？

３。曾经问过您关于国内的离婚调解书＂双方签收＂被翻译成＂双方签字＂，但是调解书上没有签字。您说看看会不会收到RFE。我们没有收到RFE，是不是就没有问题了?

我们后来从国内调来送达回执，上面有双方签字，还要不要翻译送达回执？-Had better do it, in case and don't need to show it unless USCIS doubts the original one you provided before.
