ORDER:  The respondents' appeal is sustained.
FURTHER ORDER:  The Immigration Judge's denial of asylum and withholding of removal is vacated.
FURTHER ORDER:  The record of proceedings is remanded for further proceedings consistent with this order.

请问这三句话的具体意思是什么？是完全成功了还是要回法庭重审？接下来家人该做什么？
