回复：N-400 被拒的更新

我的denial letter到了。下面是这封信的内容。我感觉这里拒的原因很不对。

1. 我已经给那个io发了我的补件，并且包括移民局的收据（我发了两次）。在我原始的文件中找不到这个补件也是他们的原因。

2. 我是2005年9月交的140和485，2006年4月140approved，2007年9月交的补件，2008年5月485approved（估计是得益于那个费城的案子吧）。根据时间来说，并没有“failing to disclose your communist membership at the time you adjusted your status to lawful permanent resident”。

请8老师给解答一下。我想一定要appeal，要不以后可能也会有麻烦。我这种情况，hearing 的时候，是不是要律师在场呢。
