140已经拿到。 6 年的H1-B已经用完。现在的公司用140延H1-B三年， 到2016年10月。

1. 如果我现在换工作， 新公司帮转H1-b， 转完后， 我的H1-B的有效时间是到何时呢， 还是2016年十月吗？
-3 years from the date of the H-1 transfer. But if your current employer withdraw the I-140, you can not use it to extend/transfer your H-1. Of course, the H-1 transfer/extension is still valid if the I-140 withdrawal  (if any) occurs after the H-1 transfer/extension is approved.


2. 那是不是只要新公司在2016年十月之前帮我申请到PERM和140， 我就又可以延期了呢？-You can use the current approved I-140 to extend your H-1 if it is not withdrawn in this case. Or if the new employer files PERM/I-140 for you, you can use the new approved I-140 to extend your H-1.

3. 现在140是EB2， 我到新公司若申请EB3， 还可以用EB2的优先日期吗？-Yes.
