我想LD这次回去，就顺便把485用的出生证需要的材料办了，因为下次不知道什么时候回国。是不是带着户口去公安局和公证处？具体有什么要求呢？
-Most people ask the 公安局派出所开证明 and then go to 公证处 to do the 公证 of the 证明 .
