已附上RFE notice. 移民局认定Household Register 才是Primary
evidence. 因我们人在美国， 母亲的户口本也没带来， 办起来很不方便。 有无可能设法使移民局接收公证书， 免于再交户口证明？

如要办户口证明， 不知需递交原件还是复印件加上翻译稿即可。是否需公证？应由公证处出证明还是派出所出证明。实际上出生公证书就是根据户口簿开出的。如您有idea,
请告知我。谢谢。 如需要我也会联系移民局问具体要求。只想一次达到他们的要求。

顺便问一下， 我若就此事联系移民局， 除schedule infopass Appt 外， 可否打电话或email local office? 哪一种更work?
