我是公民，配偶的自己递交的NIW based I-485正在等排期，Priority Date距离Visa Bulletin的排期还有7个月左右。同时5个月前，我为配偶递交了familiy based I-130申请。现在请问8老师的问题是：

1）配偶的pending的I-485能否和最近递交的I-130联起来？-Yes, your spouse can ask USCIS to do the interfiling of the I-485 from I-140 to your I-130 after you get the I-130 receipt.

2）如果NIW based I-485批准早于I-130的批准，是否这样就必须要等5年才能申请公民吗？-No. Only need 3 years no matter the I-485 is approved based on the I-140 or I-130.

3）如果NIW based I-485批准早于I-130的批准，能否利用公民配偶申请绿卡3年之后就可以申请公民的规定？

4）如果重新递交一份I-130 based I-485的申请，能否让I-130的审批更快一些？-No. Also not need to waste money. But If the I-485 is approved based on the I-130, your spouse green card is a conditional one and need to change it to permanent green card about two years later.
