现在降成EB3的话，排期current。可以同时提交140和485. 将来如果EB3排期倒退或者停滞，EB2排期current的话，可以再用EB2 I-140提交一次I-485吗？
-I am not sure it because I have not found the explanation for this kind of EB2降EB3 from USCIS yet.
