回复：父母绿卡过期-请问8老师和其他各位老师

公婆6年前以b1/b2签证来美国，在签证过期后，曾非法居留超过一年，后来在拿到绿卡（美国境内办理）后于10年初回中国，在中国得病治疗，痊愈后已经耽误了回程，就一直在中国待到现在。
请问，
1。公婆还能再去签b1/b2来美国吗？-Yes, but they need to go to the US Consulate to abandon their green card first, and then apply for the B2 visa at the same time or any time later.

2。他们的绿卡是否已永久作废，还能恢复吗？怎么恢复？-No. They need to apply for it again as they did before.
3。可以重新给他们在中国办绿卡（境外）吗？-Yes. But need to give up their current green card first which actually have been invalid already.

他们曾经非法居留超过一年.-This record has been cleaned after they got their green card. So, it will not affect anything anymore.
