我和我的家人是不是必须先回国，在美国大使馆申请新的签证，然后回到美国， 我才能在新的公司工作？ 我可以直接到新公司上班吗（WITHOUT 回国并得到新的I-94 卡）。
-You can work for the new employer after the H-1 transfer filing and if your H-1 approval has no I-94, you need to stop working and need to go to China to get the H-1 visa. If it has I-94, you do not need to do anything. You may ask the new employer to use premium processing for the H-1 transfer so that you can know the result in 15 days.
