12月10失业, 公司最后paycheck是2014年1月31. I-94有效期15年6月.

3. 如果485排期1月current, 我是否可以递交485? - Yes within 180 days from the date you lose your job, but you need the I-140 sponsor to give you a support letter for the I-485 filing unless your I-140 is NIW
 
8老师: 我不是NIW. 您說我可以交485, 但要前公司给 support letter, 请问是什么样的信呢? -The employer needs to address that they will hire you back to work for the PERM position after you get the green card.


如果前公司不给支持信, 我能交485吗? -No.

然后努力找工作, 在REF时有工作.
