8 老师 及各位老师,

今天失业, 公司最后paycheck是2014年1月31. I-94有效期15年6月.

1. 从现在到14年1月31 是合法居留吗?-It is fine for you to stay in US.

2.  从2014年1月31 到 15年6月, 如果还在美国无工作 会是什么结果?-Your presence during this period of time is not counted as unlawyful presence unless USCIS ask you to leave officially.

3. 如果485排期1月current, 我是否可以递交485?-Yes within 180 days from the date you lose your job, but you need the I-140 sponsor to give you a support letter for the I-485 filing unless your I-140 is NIW.
