如果他们的政治庇护被拒，即使有H1签证，还是会要求出境吗？
-No. One issue is that if they apply for the H-1 visa,  they need to go outside US to get the H-1 visa to come back after their H-1 is approved because their H-1 approval will have no I-94 due to their do not have a non-immigration status when they apply for the H-1.
