真心求帮助!!老公今年8月份申请办理EB5,9月中旬我们持B2来到美国,现在我联系了一家学校想继续读书,是否可以申请F1签证,在网上看了很多都说这种情况不可以申请F1签证,很着急,希望有老师能帮忙解答一下,流泪感激.

-No problem for you to change to F-1, but may be difficult for your spouse to do that due to immigration intent.
