我的哥哥有公民身份，我想让他给我和我老婆申请绿卡。请问听该上什么网站？填什么表啊？应该怎么操作呢?

是把我和老婆的绿卡一块申上，还是现在由我哥哥出面只申我的绿卡，等我拿到绿卡，由我出面再申我老婆的？-
