8老师谢谢，再问: 转F1的问题

未婚妻将在春节以旅游签证赴美同我结婚。我有绿卡。然后她申请语言学校（它们给发i20).请问她呆在美国的这段时间，她的身份怎么才能转成F1？
-had better do it 2 to 3 months later after she enters US. Also she has to convince USCIS that she has no immigration intent, otherwise her F-1 will not be approved. So, she may change her status to F-1 first and marry you later (at least file the F-1 application first, then marry you).
再问8老师：为什么要等2-3 months？早一点会有什么负影响？我们想早一点结婚，只有结婚之后她才可以加入我的医疗保险。谢谢
