I am not sure if she is the best, but she is surely expensive. Her office handled my H-1 back in 2002. We wrote a check to her and waited for them to submit my application. 3 months passed and I e-mailed them asking whether they had heared anything from INS. I was told my company didn't cut them a check yet. I then talked to my company. Clearly the check had been cashed 3 months ago! They did not even bother to send me an e-mail during the 3 months. Fortunately I just got H-1 done 2 weeks before my OPT expired.
