请教863211老师，父母需要申请回美证吗？

1)父母获得绿卡2年，想回国住11个月,请问是否应该申请回美证才可以回国?


2)父母持绿卡回中国住11个月，入籍的连续居住时间要重新计算吗？是不是回中国前居住在美国2年时间要作废?
