8老师，我的case再次更新了

现在又从initial review变成post decision activity了。8老师，请问：

1. 这个previous decision made到底是指什么？

2. 在网上查了一下，似乎这是标准的h1b被revoke的通知，但是搜索到的相关信息非常得少。如果如您上次所说，是“revoke the H-1 approval”，那么我申请H1B Transfer会受到什么样的影响？我还占有这个cap-exempt H1B名额么？ 谢谢。

Post Decision Activity

On October 29, 2013, the previous decision made on your case was revoked and we mailed you a notice explaining the decision. If you have not received the notice within 14 days of the date above, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.
