请教8老师和皮匠老师，我母亲申请B2签证在美延期， 申请已递交，Case Receipt Notice　也在Oct12收到，母亲在美居留Nov 11 到期，如果在到期之前没有收到批准通知又没有离美，是否非法。
-She is legal to stay in US during the B2 pending even if her current I-94 expires.
如果申请被拒，因如何处理，请老师指教。多谢了。
-Then, just leave US as soon as possible after it is denied (had better with 2 weeks, no more than 30 days). Keep the B2 extension receipt and denial/approval notice for future visa application.
