If I leave my current job,is it possible that my employer can withdraw from the i140 which was already approved and cause me to loose my priority date? I was under an impression that even my employer withdraw, my PR date is still mine unless my140 was revoked because of fraud. However, the lawyer says my understanding was incorrect ...help please!
