１。关于配偶的离婚证书，notarized statement by the translator 用复印件行不行？

 

2. Petitioner也有一张离婚证书，是请certified translator翻译的，translator statement原件在申请公民的时候交上去了，这次为配偶申请绿卡能不能用复印件? 没有notarized要不要紧？
