谢谢！难道我能决定是以何种身份入境？我是否该向移民官说明我想要以AP 身份入境?

我上次入境时出示的是护照和AP／EAD，the officer stamped H1B on my passport. At that time, my H1B expiration date was 12/13 and EAD/AP was 03/2013. I am wondering maybe the officer usually issued the visa with the longest expiration date? That is why he gave me the H1B visa?

If so, now with my EAD/AP expiration date on 03/2015 and H1B 12/2013, the officer most likely would give me "Parolee" with expiration date 03/2015 (or one year)?

Can you advice how I should do? Thanks a lot.
