Q1. – 我父母的户口不在一起, even they live in the same place, but the addresses, shown on their birth certificate notarization, Criminal history notarization   and marriage Notarization, are different.

So, how to fill it out? Follow the notarizations? USCIS 会核对forms with 公证地址吗?

 

Q2. – My parents have retired many years, 他们以前的单位改了名字或是不存在了, 怎样填写?

 

Q3- I will file I-130, I-485, and I-131 in one package to the address below, not matter where I will file from?
