以Family base 2B，绿卡妈妈为over 21 岁女儿申请绿卡，女儿以F1 入美国，仍然在读，可能要一直维持学生身份在美等绿卡。
I-130，C14一栏 就填 I-94 的日期，可是 I-94 已过期，这样会影响女儿日后绿卡的申请吗？
-If the child is still studying in the school and maintain her F-1 status, the I-94 duration is not 已过期 yet (F-1 I-94 duration is "D/S" and thus the expiration date is the date of I-20 expiration or the date of her study completion). 

I-485 要排期，所以现在只需要递交I-130，那么I-130现在就会被处理/批准，还是会等到485 current 的时候才会一起处理？
-You need to file I-130 first, then file I-485 in the future when the OD is current. The child needs to keep her status valid until she files I-485. Also she can not leave US during her F-1 study. Otherwise, she can not be allowed to enter US due to immigration intent.


 现在只需递I-130取得priority date 是吗？其他的都是日后（多年后）485 current 后，才要递交，是吗？-Correct.
