我决定做H1B Transfer了，已经和公司这边联系，看怎么让payroll withhold我从10月1日开始直到新的H1B被批准后这段时间的paycheck，希望能找到一个解决方案。

如果只是从W2上才能觉察到的话，那都是明年年初的事情了，似乎H1B申请不会受此影响？我回国去签H1B签证，和签证官面谈时，他/她能不能看到我10月期间实际上是在工作的，从而影响到我的面谈结果？我知道现在不同部门的系统都是联网的，但是我不太清楚这些部门（IRS, USCIS, 领事馆，海关）彼此之间是通过什么途径，以及在什么时候进行这些数据沟通的，彼此通信的数据又是什么。因此，对于回国签H1后，之前小于180天的“非法”工作记录都被clear，具体是怎么回事，也很多疑惑。这个被清空的记录是属于哪个部门的？应该不太可能是IRS的吧？因此明年报税的时候，无论如何，这段记录是无法抹去的了。我看到一种说法是IRS尽管收税，不管你的收入到底是哪的，一般也不会把你的非法收入什么的报给USCIS，所以不要太担心。我是担心过度了么？
-There is not any department to clear such illegal work/stay record. But USCIS only count/check your status history from the date of your last entry to US when you apply for status change/extension or file I-485 for green card application in the future. So, if you go to China and get a visa to reenter US before you apply for status change/extension or file I-485, your old status record will not be checked/counted and that is equal to your old status record is cleared/removed.
