我的H1 是8月file 上去的，用的regular, 按现在的速度，年底前能approve了就不错了. 我不会回去很长时间。
 

现在我的h1 还能改premium processing 吗？
-Yes. Then, you may it approved in a week. Ask your lawyer or employer to do it for you.
 

我手上只有律师给的一个h1 filing receipt 的copy, 他们说现在receipt 现在没有那种原来的印在green paper 上的了，说拿这个copy 就可以。8老师觉得这行吗？ 律师还说我在返美入境的时候，可以be honest 告诉移民官员实际情况。但是我心里很没谱，因为很多移民律师并不是很懂得签证。多谢8老师。
-The visa is fine for you to enter US as long as you have the new H-1 approval notice (the officer will not ask your visa problem because it does not expire yet). You can not use the H-1 filing receipt to enter US and must show the new H-1 approval notice to the CBP officer at the port of entry.
