家里有急事，可能需要很快回去一趟。
我新的H1 amendment 还在pending 中，8月file 的。amendment 的原因是公司6月份被收购了，然后要把我的H1 employer 从旧公司换成新公司。
我现在还有一个multi entry 的返美签证，是我今年三月回国的时候签的，如果公司没变，一切都是valid的，但现在，我还能用这个签证返美吗？如果不能，在新的h1没批准之前回国，我都要做些什么呢？是不是会冒很大的回不来的风险呢。多谢了。

-Your H-1 visa is still valid and you can use it to enter US. But the problem is that you need to use the H-1 amendment approval notice to enter US. So, you may use premium processing to get the H-1 amendment approved before you leave US, or just leave US and then ask your employer to mail you the H-1 approval notice to you if plan to stay in China for longer time (e.g. a few months).
