Part 1 No.6 Class of Admission. 这项填什么呀？    
-Check the visa for your last entry. For example, if you used F-1 visa to enter US for your last entry, then put F-1 student.

 另外the purpose of the trip 填什么呀？-Any such as visit friend, etc.
 

Instruction 中说明人在美国申请AP需要urgent humanitarian reasons，且举例需要提供的证明文件有医生证明，家属重病或死亡的文件。我确实有看医生的需要，但没那么紧急，医生也不可能给我开证明。请教申请的理由怎么写以及如何证明。谢谢
-This is for emergency AP in the USCIS local office, not regular AP.
