是呀。 我在这网上输入了我妈的信息几次，我老公也试了几次并地一而再核实再核实。 都是说：not found! 这会是怎么回事呢， 怎么办呀？ 
-Make sure the information you entered is correct, especially her name (First name last name, no space in the spelling), etc. If you still can not find it, you may contact/visit the local CBP Deferred Inspections office. Find such a office/site in your area at:
