老公是绿卡，我是F1，趁无排期就赶紧一起提交了130,485和765. 但是老公的绿卡丢了
 

很久，8月初才申请补办，online提交了I-90，8月底也打了指纹。他没有他原来绿卡的
 

COPY。连护照也丢了，所以目前我们唯一能证明他是绿卡的身份就是他的A number和他
 

的旧护照COPY。 那个护照上还是他6岁的照片。 我上个星期五打了指纹。打指纹前收
 

到RFE，说要证明老公是公民的资料，可是我们都知道是USCIS 出错，很多人说回复一
 

下那封信说现在是F2A 无排期然后附上配偶的绿卡copy就行了。 问题是我们现在没办
 

法出示他的绿卡。 当初提交130 我们也只提交了老公的护照copy. 我知道RFE有87天的
 

期限回复。 那我可不可以等多2个月然后再回复 ，到时候说不定老公的绿卡会差不多
 

下来。 然后如果我们等多2个月再回复那我是不是又要变成排期的，就不能current了
 

？ 还有像我老公这样的Case， 他的新绿卡大概要多久可以拿到？？ 很担心。。麻烦

-He just needs to bring the I-90 filing receipt and the passport to the USCIS local office to get the green card stamp on the passport and then, provide the copy of the green card stamp for the reference response. Also address that your spouse is green card holder and the F2A priority date is current on August/September 2013 (go to the Visa Bulletin to print the related information and provide it also).
