指纹两个月前就打过了，从申请到现在已经3个半月了，还没有收到返美证，该怎么办？谢谢！
-What does the 返美证 mean, advance parole (AP) or reentry permit (RP)?  If it is RP, you just go to China and then, ask someone to mail it to you later. If it is AP, you may contact USCIS to see what happen or visit USCIS local office to get the emergency AP (if too urgent).
