回复：请问8老师，I-458, 雇主死活不愿意把薪水写在employment verification letter上

从5月current到现在都没谈下来，雇主死活不愿意同意写薪水，比我现在的高了20%。
-Ask them to indicate in the letter that:  "the position and conditions described in the Labor certification for the I-140 immigration visa petition will be still available to Mr. XXX (your name) after his adjustment of status to the permanent resident" . Then, it will be fine. 

现在他们说先把材料提上去，但是我想一定会被request additional evidence. 到时候怎么办？
 

如果这个过程超过6个月，我还是可以换工作吧？现在的雇主需要做什么？他们说了绝对不会撒谎说会付我那么高的薪水的。
 

真的不知道该怎么办，感觉他们等着我被拒了，让我走的架势。
