你的130和485的收据上绿卡申请类别是 F2A还是 A2A?

我的是A2A，可实际好像应该是F2A。
-Your category is F2A,, but 'Preference Classification' is '203 A2A INA SPOUSE OF LPR'. So, USCIS is not wrong.


 

他们还要求我邮寄配偶是公民的证明给他们，可我配偶是绿卡。我打算本周末回复他们。

-Also print out the Visa Bulletin of August (if you filed I-130 in Aug.) or September (if you filed I-130 in Sept.) and provide it with your response.
