一个朋友现在美国持B1/B2签证，还有两个月就到期了。她的男朋友是美国公民。她想结婚，但男友的离婚手续还没办完法院进行中。
问题是：
1）在她B签证到期之前,　如果男友的离婚办完了但不能马上结婚，男友能帮她申请K签证吗？然后直接从B签证转成K签证不需要回国？
-Her spouse can sponsor her green card directly even if after her illegal stay, not need to get the K status.

 ２）如果男友的离婚还没办完，可以帮她申请K签证吗？-No.
3） 如果她必须得回国，再申请K签证，必须到广州领事馆面谈吗？-She can get the green card in US as long as their marriage is true, not need to go to China.
