我们是Green card pending (有AP)。我在看孩子申请大学用的Comm App, 有一项是“Currently held United States visa”，我们该填“H4 Dependent of H visa holder" 吗？-Fine.
但我的H1 到年底就到期了，之后的身份是“EAD” 和 “AP”。-It is "adjustment of status", then. Your child may use the AP to travel and come back to get the "Parolee" status, thus he/she can apply for Federal financial aid.
