回复：婚姻绿卡材料问题

请教老师几个有关基于130和485同时递的材料准备问题：

1. I-130: 是否需要提供beneficary的出生公证或护照的ID页？130intr上没有提到，但我看到有些人提供的参考材料清单上列出了这项。

2. I-485:
a. 如果申请人的nonimmigrant visa(H1B)是两年前取得的，是否还需要提供护照签证页的复印件？Instruction写的是如果在一年内取得，需要提供。
-Provide the copy of visa which you used for your last entry no matter when you got it.

b. 是否需要提供国内办的无罪公证？-No.
c. 是否需要附上certificate of marriage？-Yes.
Instruction上没有提及。(在130里面已经包括)
c. 是否需要提供新旧护照的全部页的复印件，-No. Only need the information copies of new passport.

所有在美期间取得的I-20, I-797(H1B), EAD, current I-94 (front and back)的复印件？Instruction上都没有提及，但是好像所有的移民律师都要求提供。
-Provide the copies of these documents since your last entry. For example, if you visited China and came back in last month, you only need to provide the copies of the I-94 you got last month, H-1 visa and the H-1 approval notice.

3. G-1145: 是为I-130和I-485各附一份就好了，还是I-765和I-131也要附一份？
-Only one G-1145 if all the applications are mailed in one packet.
