按规定,我要附上近三年的FEDERAL TAX RETURN FORMS. My question is: Can I only submit a copy of the 1040 Form, Or do I need to submit other supporting forms such as 1040 Schedule A, 1040 Schedule B, Form 4952 etc?
-1040 with the schedule forms and W2 of 2012 are needed, not need the support documents (e.g. bank tax form 1099) for Schedule A, B, etc. The other 2 years are optional.
The tax forms are complicated for my family and if I need to include those supporting forms, my package will be heavier than normal. I am the only sponsor on this application and my hu*****and won't be a joint sponsor. But we do file tax return jointly every year.
So I think it is ok if I submit my W2 form and the jointly filed federal tax form??
