朋友为孩子办绿卡，受到打手印通知。通知指定的地点是在朋友家所在的城市（永久地址），但孩子在Indiana 州读大学，请问：

 

1，是否可以到大学附近的地方去打手印？-Yes. 如何去，需要何手续？-No. Just bring the appointment notice and personal ID to the USCIS local ASC (walk-in).

 

2， 在Indiana 州打手印在什么地点？在我们这里，是一个专门打手印的地方，不在移民局里。
