在I-130第二页, "Have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other alien"  Yes or No

I applied for green card under employment category and my hu*****and filed his I-485 with my case together and they were approved the same time. So should I say "YES" to above question and put down my hu*****and's name.

在I-485第二页, B--List your present spouse and all of your children:

Since my mom is the applicant, my name should be shown in this catergory. Do I need to put down my alien number because technically speaking, I am not an alien after becoming a US citizen?
