我是公民,要给父母申请绿卡. 母亲在美国,父亲在中国. 我可以同时给他们递交I-130 和I-485 表吗？
-You can file two I-130s, respectively, for your father and mother. Your mother can file I-485 with the I-130, but your father can not do it because he is in China. So, you need to indicate in the Question 22 of the I-130 that your father will apply for the immigration visa in Guangzhou, China.

父母一定要做MEDICAL　ＥＸＡＭ，　还是出示在中国的VＡＣＣＩＮＥ　ＲＥＣＯＲＤＳ　就行了.　给父亲办,脚一样的表,只是体检和面世的地方不一样，对吗？
-Your mother need to do the physical exam (Form I-693) in US for the I-485 filing. Your father needs to do it in China for the immigration visa application (the US Consulate will send him instructions).

和婚姻公证,
-Only you need it for your I-130 for your father, not for your mother.
